We cannot promise what LinkedIn will or will not do. No tool honestly can. What we can tell you, precisely, is what Reply Ghost does and does not do.

It does not read or write cookies. It does not click, type, scroll or post on your behalf. It does not change LinkedIn's page in any way (the only thing it adds is its own sidebar, kept entirely separate from LinkedIn's code). It does not poll LinkedIn in the background. It reads a post only when you click a button asking it to, and it talks only to our own server.

Tools get accounts restricted because they automate actions or scrape at scale. Reply Ghost does neither. Everything you post, you post yourself, by hand, exactly as if the extension were not there.

If your LinkedIn account is ever restricted while you are using Reply Ghost, we will refund your last three months and help you appeal to LinkedIn. If that happens, our safety audit missed something and we owe you. This is written into the terms, not just stated here.

Automation tools act on your account: they send connection requests, post comments and run sequences while you are away. That activity has a signature, and accounts running it get restricted.

Reply Ghost only writes suggestions in a sidebar. There is no activity on your account other than what you do yourself. It saves you the writing time without creating any automated behaviour.

Very little. A random install identifier, usage counts (how many generations, which mode, token totals) and, for paid users, a derived voice profile that summarises your writing style. We never store LinkedIn content, the text you generate from, or the drafts you receive. Payment details go to Stripe and never touch our servers. Full detail is in the privacy policy.

You paste 20 to 50 of your own past posts. We send them once to the model to distil a style profile: typical length, sentence rhythm, vocabulary, how you open and close. The raw posts are then discarded. Drafts generated with that profile read like you on a good day, not like a template.

Pro is unlimited for any realistic personal use. There is a fair use cap of 400 generations a month, stated plainly in the terms, to stop shared or scripted accounts from running up model costs. Writing several posts and dozens of replies every working day would still not reach it.

Yes. Billing runs through Stripe and you can cancel from the customer portal in one click. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. No retention flows, no emails asking you to reconsider.

The prompts are built to avoid the usual tells: no stock phrases, no fake enthusiasm, no invented quotes or statistics, and no engagement bait. With a voice profile, drafts follow your own patterns. And you always edit before posting, because the extension cannot post for you.
